{"id":4811,"date":"2025-02-20T17:23:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-20T17:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blocotelha.com\/gender-equality-index\/"},"modified":"2025-05-26T10:01:04","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T10:01:04","slug":"index-egalite-femmes-hommes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blocotelha.com\/fr\/index-egalite-femmes-hommes\/","title":{"rendered":"Index \u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-kobu-custom-blocks-responsive-spacer responsive-spacer size-large\"><\/div><br>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For 2024, BLOCOTELHA-STEEL CONSTRUCTION has an uncalculable gender equality index due to the overwhelmingly high proportion of men in the company.<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kobu-custom-blocks-responsive-spacer responsive-spacer size-medium\"><\/div><br>\n\n<p>BLOCOTELHA, For several years,\u00a0<strong>BLOCOTELHA-STEEL CONSTRUCTION<\/strong>\u2018s professional equality policy has been structured around four priority areas:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recruitment<\/strong> to ensure equal treatment of applications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Training and career development<\/strong> to provide women and men with the same opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and access to leadership positions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remuneration<\/strong> to uphold the principles of equality throughout an employee\u2019s career.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The law on the freedom to choose one\u2019s professional future establishes a results-based obligation for companies regarding gender equality.<\/p>\n\n<p>In practical terms, companies must measure four indicators each year and publish their overall score out of 100 points.
