PROTECTION AND FINISHES
The anti-corrosion protection applied to the metal structure is decided at the appropriate time during the design process, depending on the conditions of the area where the building will be constructed.
The treatment and finishing scheme will be designed to correspond with many different types of environments and the necessary life of the structure.

RAW MATERIALS
All raw materials come with conformity certificates detailing the tests performed, including chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensions. Our components are typically made from S275 and S355 steel, sourced from carefully selected suppliers who are approved by our quality department.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Our metallic structures undergo meticulous control, cutting, drilling, assembly, and welding processes, facilitated by automated production lines interconnected with transport systems. These operations are seamlessly integrated with project planning, where equipment is directly programmed, minimizing human error and ensuring precise conformity and reliability in dimensions.
PASSIVE FIRE PROTECTION
To ensure stringent fire safety compliance, we meticulously design painting plans for passive fire protection. This process involves defining the desired level of fire resistance (R30, R60, or R90), determining the section factor of the metal structures requiring protection, and establishing the critical temperature for structural integrity.
