All raw materials are accompanied by their respective conformity certificates, with details of the tests carried out: chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensions, etc. Pieces are generally made of S275 (F2430) and S355 (Fe510) steel, from properly selected suppliers, approved by our quality department.
PROTECTION AND FINISHES
Anti-Corrosion Protection and Surface treatment
The anti-corrosion protection applied to the metal structure is decided at the appropriate time during the design process, depending on the conditions of the area where the building will be constructed.
The treatment and finishing scheme will be designed to correspond with many different types of environments and the necessary life of the structure.

PASSIVE FIRE PROTECTION
Designing painting plans for passive fire protection, in accordance with safety regulations concerning fire, defining the intended resistance to fire level (R30, R60 or R90), the section factor of the metal structures to be protected and the critical (or collapse) temperature of the structure (to be defined by the project designer). The section factor links the area to be painted with the steel volume of the structure.
The materials used in our metal structures are measured, cut, perforated and marked using automated production lines, linked by transport systems. This equipment is linked to and programmed directly from the project planning room, minimizing the chances for human error and ensuring high levels of reliability and size conformity.
The colors used in final finishes, in acrylic or polyurethane paints, are chosen by the client, in accordance with the available RAL color chart.
